The challenge

In the world of fine jewellery, online finance can be pivotal in converting casual window shoppers into loyal customers.

By offering interest free finance with a small deposit over a range of repayment periods, C W Sellors would be able to give customers the flexibility they need to feel comfortable fulfilling their jewellery and watch dreams. Their challenge was finding the right retail finance partner to support them with that vision.

The solution

The results

Implementing finance with Hitachi Capital UK has increased sales due to strong promotional offers and the ability to upsell other products. Sophie Hunt, Sales Manager at C W Sellors continued: “Since partnering with Hitachi Capital in late 2015, the period 2016/17 saw an uplift of over 160% in online finance orders.
