When you sign-up and become one of our PaybyFinance partners, we will provide you with secure online access with your own personal login details. Once logged in you will be provided with the facility to manage your customers’ applications from acceptance to dispatch, all in real-time. Automated notifications from our systems, means that you are always informed of the status of the order, and can dispatch goods as soon as the application has been accepted and signed.
PaybyFinance incorporates e-signature which enables customers to sign their finance agreement with the click of a button, eradicating the need for traditional “wet” signature.
The business portal allows you to:
- View the number of applications by status;
- Search for a customer using their surname, postcode or order date;
- Check the volume of declined, accepted and referred applications;
- See how many applications have been processed for payment.
As well as this you will also be able to cancel or amend an agreement should the need arise.
