What happens next?
You really don’t need to do anything. Your agreement terms and account team will stay the same and you can still contact us through all the same channels. And our culture won’t change either, instead we want to use our new brand to better represent who we already are.
Over the next few months, you will see us start to introduce our new brand name across our websites, advertisements, and emails ahead of the full launch in February 2022, so that you’re familiar with our new name.
We’re not revealing the full rebrand just yet, we’re saving that for next year, but we’ll continue to update you our progress and ensure our customers get to see everything first.
