I joined Hitachi Capital in 2013 as Head of Finance for IT. One of the things that attracted me to Hitachi Capital was the variety of opportunities available for employees to develop themselves.

Through these opportunities I have been able to expand my skillsets from finance to multiple areas – change, strategy, people, culture etc.

In my current role as Director of Customer and Employee Engagement, my contribution has a direct impact on our mission – Exceptional people delivering outstanding experiences today.
