E-signature Complete online orders in seconds

We launched our e-signature functionality to further enhance our PaybyFinance facility in order to increase the efficiency of the customer’s journey and reduce the burden on the retailer.

E-signature will enable your customers to sign their finance agreement with the click of a mouse, eradicating the need for a traditional ‘wet’ signature. As the customer can sign online there is no need to post any paperwork which means goods can be dispatched immediately.

Another benefit of e-signature is to reduce document returns for correction of errors. Previously between 10-20% of agreements completed through our
PaybyFinance were returned to us with no signature which created delay as these agreements were sent back to the customer to sign and return back to us.
The process is safe and secure as we lock all the data electronically so the document cannot be tampered with.
