Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance excels in customer services

Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance has been awarded the CCA Global Standard© by the Customer Contact Association for the second year running.

The company has continued to meet the criteria for excellent standards of customer service, awareness of customer satisfaction, contact centre performance and operational effectiveness. To gain the accreditation Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance had to demonstrate a dedicated focus on employee development, legislation compliance plus data security and fraud prevention.

The report provided to Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance by the Customer Contact Association states: "Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance has not stood still in the 12 months since the initial assessment. As ever quality is at the forefront of all new developments at Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance and the strong culture of continuous improvement is delivering a better service across the organisation".
