Traffic Offences

If you incur a fixed penalty fine, it is your responsibility to pay it promptly.  If you fail to pay, under current legislation, Hitachi Capital as the registered keeper of your vehicle, may be required to pay the fine without further referral.  In such instances, the amount of the fine together with an administration fee will be recharged to you or your company depending on whom the contract is with.

Congestion Charging

If you are travelling into a congestion zone, it is your responsibility to register your vehicle and pay the congestion charge.  This can be completed by logging on to www.cclondon.com
