When travelling in Europe you should ensure you have an original vehicle insurance certificate with you. You should get this from your fleet administrator (or Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions if your fleet is outsourced to us).

Also ensure that the document covers you in Europe (usually in the notes on the back of the document). If it does not then you need a Green Card, which is available from your company's insurance company. Please be aware that a Green Card can take up to four weeks to be processed.
