Hitachi Capital’s online customer contact system Capital Control has been developed from extensive consultation with fleet managers and is seen by many as the best communication portal in the contract hire and fleet management sector.
The system provides instant access to detailed information on all aspects of a fleet allowing customers to monitor activity and costs against each vehicle.
Fleet managers can retrieve fleet statistics, service and maintenance histories, contract start and end dates, benefit in kind taxation figures, details on CO2 emissions and so on. Drivers can also be given access to some or all of the system, as dictated by the Fleet Manager and can be alerted by email that their vehicle is due for service.
