With hire purchase agreements, the company chooses and uses the goods, but pays Hitachi Capital for them in instalments. Take advantage of our current flexible re-payment terms and still claim depreciation allowances, offset interest payments against tax and reclaim VAT on the purchase price. (The rules are slightly different for cars.)
