Hitachi Capital Invoice Finance is part of Hitachi Ltd, one of the world’s biggest and most respected companies trading today. Most people are aware of Hitachi as a company that makes televisions or other consumer electronic goods. In fact, Hitachi Ltd’s biggest area is information and telecommunication systems and in 2009 this area’s turnover was $17 billion. Another area which is less associated with Hitachi is financial services - which generated $4 billion in revenue in 2009.

Hitachi Capital Invoice Finance forms one of the four divisions that create Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC. The other three divisions are vehicle services, consumer finance and business/asset finance. Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC is part of Hitachi Capital Corporation Limited, which in turn forms the greater Hitachi Ltd.
