When your time is too precious to be chasing payments

Hitachi Capital’s credit control services are available to any business that sells goods or services to other businesses on credit terms. It’s a highly effective way of freeing up your time so that you can concentrate on more productive issues than chasing payment: it can also save you the cost of an additional employee dedicated to this often frustrating task.

It’s as easy as this. You raise your invoices as usual and send them to your customers – and to your Hitachi Capital Client Manager, who discusses the companies you’d like to chase, and when. When the time is right, we send out monthly statements with a remittance advice, followed by reminder letters. When we receive payment, we immediately make the money available to you via BACS – or, if you’d rather, your customer pays you direct and you let us know by email.

Throughout, you’re kept up to date with payment status; as you would expect of a member of The Asset Based Finance Association (ABFA), we can also reduce the risk of your outstanding debts with a credit search facility.
