Block remains a very secure and sensible way of releasing cash tied up in fixed term agreements such as Hire Purchase , Lease or Rental agreements , and unlike other forms of funding, Block Facilities are not ordinarily repayable upon demand thus providing much needed certainty in today’s uncertain environment .

Under a Block Facility we purchase batches of agreements for an agreed purchase amount, though you remain responsible for the performance of the agreements and the day to day contact with your customers, we provide a loan back to you for a period equal to the average life of the agreements discounted.
