Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions raises money for charity BEN

Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions held a raffle last week to raise money and support the automotive industry’s charity BEN.
Prizes were donated by Hitachi Capital’s suppliers and senior management team and included a Hitachi digital camera, Nintendo DS, mountain bike and an iPod.
BEN provides care and support to employees from the automotive industry and their dependants in times of need. Following a presentation from the charity, the staff at Hitachi Capital wanted to raise money for this cause and raised nearly £500.
Simon Oliphant, Chief Executive, Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions said: “I am really proud of my staff who were all very generous and purchased a lot of raffle tickets.
We are keen supporters of the charity and always try and raise awareness within our company. I hope other automotive and leasing companies will back BEN as they need our support more than ever in these difficult times.”
